This is the ritual meal celebrated by Jesus and His apostles the
night before He died. It authenticaly defines much of what we do at Eucharist and Communion. The Exodus story is relived,
songs are sung, and prayers are said as the ritual part of the meal takes place. There follows a wonderful meal featuring
wine, or grape juice, roasted lamb and also chicken, rice pilaf, green salad, pickled beets, unleavened bread, and desserts
prepared by some of the best cooks in the parish!
