DMARC is asking their supporters to please help them promote health and wellness
by purchasing nutritious items.
Food
Pantry Collections occur on the weekend of the third Sunday of each month. Your donations provide food to the needy in
the greater Des Moines community. Please remember to bring food items and/or cash to Mass to donate to the effort. Suggested
items to donate include:
Canned Fruit - Cereal (Hot/Cold)
Macaroni and Cheese Dinner - Saltines
Canned Meals (chili, stew, pasta, etc.) - Diapers
Macaroni/Spaghetti - Spaghetti Sauce (canned)
Canned
Soups - Fruit/Vegetable Juice
Peanut Butter - Tuna
Canned Vegetables/Beans (15 oz.) - Instant
Potatoes
Rice (1 lb.)

can also buy food whoesale thanks to generoues cash gifts. We are grateful for both cash and food donations.

Please, no glass containers except baby food. Cash contributions are welcome and are used
